RETROSPECTIVE: The Tradition of the Lion's Clarenville Santa Claus Parades

I've been documenting the annual Lion's Clarenville Santa Claus Parade for over 20 years.  The 2022 Parade is coming up on December 3rd and I plan to be there to record it.  In the meantime, here's a  retrospective look at parades past.

Clarenville's 2023 Budget
